We took some time off from looking to get our old home ready for sale. In March, she introduced us to a cottage that we fell in love with at first sight. The owners had already paid for an inspection and there were some issues regarding the foundation. She has a vast network of trusted contractors that she works with, so she was able to get a foundations expert to do an impromptu inspection to my very knowledgeable husband's satisfaction, so that we were able to come in with an offer in this seller's market that secured us this house, against 5 other potential buyers, that we are still deliriously in love with!
